GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
All orders are subject to
acceptance and availability by T’RU. Once the buyer has signed the
purchase order, he will receive from T’RU (the seller) a separate email
with the invoice and all purchase details including the estimated delivery
date. To confirm the order, the buyer will need to provide an upfront prepayment
of 50% of the total purchase value so T’RU can commission the order with
its atelier (the manufacturer) for production. The remaining 50% of the
total purchasing value are due 30 days after the confirmed delivery date.
All delivery details should be
clearly provided by the buyer in the purchase order or in case they don't
figure or change the buyer is kindly asked to provide them before delivery
T'RU takes responsibility for all its products during the transit time until confirmed delivery to the address indicated by the buyer. Once the products are confirmed delivered to the buyers delivery address, the buyer takes full responsibility for the products.
All items are quality
controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to the
buyer. In case the buyer should receive an item that is not in perfect
condition, the buyer should immediately contact T’RU (the seller).
Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or if a
manufacturing fault occurs within 7 days after receipt. Return of the
product is under the buyer’s responsibility until it has been safely
returned to T’RU. The delivery of faulty products should be done to the

T’RU products should delight its owner for a ‘life time’ and for that, we offer to all our customers a repair service to be responsible and consequent with our sustainable work. For all T’RU products and customers, we offer a free of charge repair service within the first year of the ‘garments life’. After this first year, we offer our repair service at costs to all our customers. In any case, please note that the customers will cover all shipping costs including the cost for the return shipment after repair. T’RU products are handmade therefore the repairs too. This implies that it may take up to 9 weeks until a customer has its product back again. Please note that sometimes the damage to a garment is simply not repairable. T’RU reserves the right to decline a repair. In these cases, T’RU will cover all shipping cost and send back the damaged product immediately.
HOW TO PLACE A REPAIR SERVICE?
- Clearly mark the location of the damage and use our contact form to provide us a detailed description about the product and damage you would like to be repaired.
- Thereafter we will get in contact
with you and send you a repair order.
- Please send us only clean products with no other repairs on it.
- Once you printed the repair order,
send it with your T’RU garment (max 2 items) to this address:

PLEASE NOTE: Send a damaged product for repair services to us will happen under your own expense and responsibility – including the return shipment after repair.
